PRCA v. ERA | U.S. District Court Ruling on ERA’s Motion for a Preliminary Injuction & PRCA’s Motion to Dismiss

I know this is old news, but I finally took the time to sit down and read the judge’s ruling on the ERA’s Motion for Preliminary Injunction in the ERA v. PRCA matter. If you have a some time take a moment to click the link below and read the ruling. It contains some interesting “behind the scene” facts about the rodeo “bid-ness.” Further, if you really study the ruling, it seems to me that the judge didn’t have much sympathy for the ERA’s plight. P.S. A little tip from my old law professors: don’t forget to read the footnotes!
