The lions share of the cash paid out at the September 21, 2013 installment of Y-100’s presentation of the PBR at Cowboys Dancehall was split between two men. Both Lane Nobles and Sterling Furr were entered twice and both made the most of the opportunity. Nobles split first place, with himself, with two 87 point rides on H & D Bucking Bull’s “California Kid” and Covenant Rodeo Livestock’s “Magic Man”-respectively. Sterling Furr’s two entries garnered him second and third place honors with 84.5 on Covenant Rodeo Livestock’s “Smokin’ Aces” and 82.5 on D & T Bar Ranch’s “Warrior.”

Luis Blanco and Ralph Benson were the only two other riders to “cash” at the event. Both Blanco and Benson were marked 76.5 and given re-ride options. Each cowboy came up hurting after their rides and declined their re-ride options…played it smart and put a little money in their pocket.
